Production Area
The Spineto Rosé selection Sparkling Wine
from grapes produced in the district of the Morellino di Scansano, on a hilly vineyard overlooking the ocean, exposed south/southwest with density of 5.200 plants per Hectare.
Blend and vinification
from 100% Sangiovese grapes harvested unripe at the end of August to obtain the best acidity, fermentation has been made with the skins for only 12 hours and then “on white” under thermo controlled temperature for other 10 days.
Organoleptic analysis
View: extremily bright with a shade of soft pink
Perlage: thin and persistence
Aroma: a complex bouquet with marked floral of roses and white flowers
Flavour: evident notes of tropical fruits well balanced with the high acidity, still soft and velvety at the end
Serving with food
great for apetizer, can be drink on a full meal as “pasta” with sea food as clams, fish dishes, white meats as chicken or fresh cheese as ricotta or mozzarella. Recommend service temperature 44 F.
