Production area

Produced from the skins of the fermented grapes of our Morellino wine. The distillation is carried out in a traditional distillery.

Organoleptic analysis:

Steam copper post still with fractional distillation in a vacu-umised bain-marine still.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 42°
COLOUR: transparent, crystal clear colour.
AROMAS: intense aromas, stylish and heady with pleasant hints of berry fruit jam.
FLAVOUR: forthright with generous warmth leading to an important finish.
AFTERTASTE: incredibly long, generous and rounded with the hues and flavours of the Tuscan harvest.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-2° C.
